Yes. Our child-resistant mylar bags use a slider-lock zipper mechanism tested against CPSC criteria under 16 CFR §1700.20, meaning they're difficult for children under five to open but accessible to adults. Standard press-to-close zippers are also available where CR packaging isn't required.
Yes. We send a free digital mockup showing print layout across all panels, and physical samples on request. With mylar specifically, we suggest testing the seal strength and zipper action with your actual product weight inside before approving a full production run.
Standard production is 10–12 business days from proof approval, plus 3–5 days delivery — slightly longer than paperboard because the film is laminated and converted. Rush production is available in 6–8 business days. Child-resistant zippers may add 2 days.
